About Alastair
Alastair qualified from Oxford Brookes in 2008 with a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine and then moved to New Zealand and worked as an Osteopath for eight years. He moved to Hong Kong in 2016 and currently registered with the Hong Kong Osteopath Association.
Prior to this, he qualified as a sports therapist from Oxford Premier Training and worked as a personal trainer and exercise rehabilitative sports therapist. Alastair has a special interest in treating stress and autoimmune conditions, as well as headaches, jaw issues, sports injuries, postural compression, colic in infants, and sinus congestion issues. He believes in the value of identifying the root cause of an issue and addressing it to prevent the recurrence of any condition. By combining this approach with evaluating any external factors that would impact the condition, he employs exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle advice to achieve lasting recovery.
